Design Villa between Etna and Sea

Built in 1965, Villa Anna was renewed in 2014 with a contemporary touch.The whole property is arrange on three levels, with three gardens, two yards,one patio and one big terrace. 20 minutes driving to the sea and 30 min driving to the volcano Etna The space inside is around 180 sqm with two bedrooms, one living/dining room, one kitchen, one bathroom, one laundry with toilet and 150 sqm terrace on top with shower. From the terrace there's a beautiful view to the sea watching south and to the vulcano Etna watching north Guests will have free access to the whole house. We have house allarm and cctv cameras outside the house. Two mountain bikes, Tv, Free wifi, hairdryer, shampoo, towels We will be nearby to answer any questions or to help you in any way. I will check you in and out, then help you become familiar with the house and the surrounding area. Check in: 4:00 pm Check out: 2:00 pm Villa Anna is in a quite neighbourhood, surrounded by other villas. Bar, Tobacco shop, Supermarket, Hairdresser, Dentist, Post office and Newspaper kiosk are 5 min walking distance from the Villa. Within 5 min driving you will reach a small city nearby with Banks, Pharmacy... Nearby the house there's a bus stop with connection to Acireale and Catania. We highly recommend to rent a Car. There s space for two cars. inside the property Because the glass parapet and high steps the house is not suitable for events, kids and pets.
