One front bedroom in a three bedroom townhouse. The room has a very comfortable futon, a small desk, a refrigerator,, a25" HD TV. The dog and cat are very friendly and great with guests. The bedroom has a futon and is very comfortable. A second bedroom that has a queen sized bed is available as well. There is a shared bathroom. If you rent both rooms, the bathroom becomes private! It's a nice quiet house a very laid back host. The dog and cat are very friendly and great with guests. Shared bathroom Washer and Dryer Refrigerator Kitchen/Cooking/Microwave use Rear screened porch for smokers. Exercise Room in the basement Plenty of on-street parking (Autos only). A bit of interaction in the evening - but I work quite a bit and the dog is frequently at day camp! Great neighborhood -Very homey and quiet. Lots of shopping is nearby and the location is excellent for transitional housing or seeing the sites in the Baltimore/Washington area. Bus at the corner of the street goes to the Shady Grove Metro - MARC Rail is nearby as well. Please note: While these rooms are listed with Airbnb, living here is more like a housemate situation than a hotel. For example, the minimum 30 day stay requirement. I do have linens for the room but it is your responsibility to clean them. I have optional maid service every two weeks. and, if needed, I'd be happy to provide soaps and towels. Since the bedrooms are located in the top level of the townhouse, they can be warmer (77-82 degrees F) in the summer in cooler in the winter (66- 65 degrees F). I have portable A/C units available and small space heaters if you need some comfort adjustment. Parking for trucks is restricted to certain streets in this community. The closest area is about a 5 minute walk from my place.
