Cosy Caravan in a Lakeside & Woodland setting

Cosy caravan situated in the heart of a lovely holiday park, which has fishing lakes, woodland, indoor pool, bar, restaurant, pottery studio & entertainment. Lovely woodland site with fishing lake. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. (A sofa bed for extra guests is available in the lounge. NB. Bedding is NOT provided for the sofa bed.) Outside deck with dining area. The site has a beautiful indoor pool, 2 outdoor play areas, restaurant/bar with entertainment for children & adults. A fishing lake and access to woodland. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, unlimited usage, superfast up to an estimated 50Mbps download, 10Mbps upload. A relaxing place, with everything you need. The sleeping accommodation comprises a double bedroom with Jack & Jill bathroom, with a toilet & large shower, a comfy twin room, and separate WC. To make your self catering stay as relaxing as possible we provide the essentials (unlike most caravan rentals): soap, washing up liquid, cloths & your first rolls of toilet tissue. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, plus complimentary tea, coffee, creamer/whitener & sugar. Your beds will be made up for your arrival with quality linen Towels, including tea towels will also be provided. Comfy living room & dining space with TV & DVD. The caravan has central heating and it is double glazed. Price includes water, gas & electricity unlike many other caravans, this is a home away from home. My daughter who has her own caravan at this park on Airbnb with a 4.9* rating, will be hosting for us. All of the caravan. The main clubhouse building with indoor pool, arcade & bar/restaurant. Entertainment with a mixture of kids clubs, movie nights, cabaret & live shows is every weekend and every weekday in holidays. Pottery and craft studio onsite. Pool is usually closed in November till February, and the bar/restaurant is likely to be only open at weekends in the winter. It's 6 berth caravan, but is more comfortable for 4 as the sofa bed in the living room is small and not the most comfortable. A baby can be accommodated as an extra in a travel cot. You can bring your own or rent from me. I also rent out high chairs. As its self check in If you arrive after 6pm, its likely you will need to leave your car by the barrier and have a 5 minute walk to the caravan, to retrieve the key from the lock box, with a key fob to open the barrier to allow access for your car. However if i am available i will meet you, and if another car pulls through, you can follow as the barrier opens. On a private caravan site, with its own beautiful fishing lake, and surrounded by woodland. Its perfect for walking and exploring. Less than 4 miles from the seafront & Hastings town, with its historical landmarks. We are out in the beautiful countryside, so a car is ideal, as the nearest bus stop & Three Oaks Train station are both 1.5miles away and there are no footpaths.
