Newly built studio in freshly renovated queenslander, situated on peaceful acreage, only 20 min to Coolum Beach and 30 min to beautiful Noosa. Enjoy the tranquility and the beauty of nature, surrounded by wildlife and bird songs. The studio has its own private entrance and car park. It is self contained with private outdoor area including Gas BBQ, Kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, toaster and kettle. There is a queen bed and two comfy chairs, and a bathroom with a king size shower. As we are living on the property, we are available to help for any reason, out of normal working hours. The studio is located on quiet rural area, no through road, local traffic only. Situated on the same street of equestrian center and pony club. Minutes drive to Yandina Market, delightful café, Wappa falls, Astronomical observatory, National parks with bush walking and mountain bike trails. Train station 5 minutes away, Bus services available, local Taxi and Uber.
