Quiet home 30 minutes drive from gold coast

My place is close to Bus stops, train station, Coles, 7 eleven convenience store, tavern, asian grocery shop, restaurants and cafes, Korean BBQ restaurants, beautiful parks. You’ll love my place because of the nice people, warm welcome, strong internet connection, and the super friendly pet cat Rastko. My place is good for solo travellers. Your private room comes with a single bed, a desk and a chair, built in wardrobe and full body size sliding mirror. Shared bathroom and toilet that is cleaned regularly, shared fridge, kitchen and dining area, washing machine and laundry powder, clothes dryer for a fee of $10 per cycle, and a free car park space if needed. I like to make new friends and meeting new people from many interesting backgrounds. I am mostly available at home, but I’m only a phone call away when i’m out to work or simply gone for my groceries. I get used to help out international students to adjust to their new environment while they are staying with us, so I definitely can help you with your needs to find good restaurants and tourist attractions around. It is a quiet and peaceful area of residential houses, yet very close to the mains road (4 minutes walk) with the bus stops and the shopping centres. My house is located in the corner with parks nearby with green space, park bench and playground. It is a safe and comfortable area if you like to have a morning or afternoon walk, there are parks close by and my favourite is the one with some ducks and birds in the lake. Within 8 minutes walk from my home you can find a Coles supermarket, many restaurants and cafe, and asian grocery shops. If you would like to sample “mini asian village” then sunnybank is just a 5 minutes drive where you can stuff yourself with too many options of cuisines from different countries. My favourite hang out place is Westfield Garden City shopping mall, with the cinemas, a library, foodcourts, many restaurants and retails, only 10 minutes drive, it is a great day out for solo/friends/families. Bus stops are within 8 minutes walk to get to the city, Runcorn train station is within 10 minutes walk, Altandi train station is within 15 minutes walk. Uber and taxi are servicing the area. We have off street parking free to use if you bring your own car, about 20 minutes drive to the city and 35 minutes drive to the gold coast. We provide shower gel and shampoo, face wash gel, and hand/body lotion. Clean towel will be provided on your check in time and every 4 days afterward. Please kindly note that we don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste, however if you forgot to pack and you do need one, please let us know and we can get you a set of them brand new for $5 (sensodyne and oral-B)
