Welcome to our beautiful house located in a quiet subdivision outside Pornic. Its surface area of 96 m², and its large garden of 100 m² can easily accommodate 8 people. This house, fully equipped and entirely renovated by us, is ideal for a family on vacation in the region as well as for convivial moments. This house may be off-center, but its location is still ideal: The beach of Sablons, the Golf and the Leclerc are 4 minutes away by car, Pornic is 8 minutes away by car. The advantages of this accommodation : The functional house and the spacious garden, equipped with a barbecue, make it an ideal place for family vacations. Our house is composed of : - A large open-plan living room with a sitting area: sofa, two armchairs, television and a dining area with a table and chairs. - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink and plenty of storage space) - A functional bathroom with a sink, bathtub and shower on the floor - A laundry room with a second shower, a portable barbecue and a washing machine - Two independent toilets - A sleeping area on the first floor consisting of two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 4 bunk beds, a sofa bed is present in the living room. And finally a large spacious garden to be in the open air. To park, a place is available Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a member of the Guest Adom concierge team, who will ensure that your stay goes smoothly and will give you the keys to your accommodation. Arrivals are from 3pm and departures before 11am. Arrival and departure times are subject to availability. Please note that once the departure time is set, it cannot be changed. For your convenience, a cleaning fee is charged.
