Wonderful sea views - perfect for peaceful timeout

Enjoy a relaxing time in our spacious, sunny one bedroom apartment overlooking Picton harbour, set high on the hill just under the bush line. Smart TV, Wi-Fi and carport next to the apartment. Enjoy the peaceful environment, watch the ferries, boats in the harbour and views of the hills and surrounds. Cater for yourself or take a 5-10 minute walk down the hill to lovely cafes, restaurants and good supermarket. At night the lights and quiet will ensure you unwind and have a great break away. Our apartment is our favourite holiday retreat we hope you enjoy this space and the seaside town of Picton, the friendly locals and access to the Marlborough Sounds a unique location. Our neighbours have lived in the area for many years also, we all enjoy the quiet leafy area with the native birds, we are lucky to have great neighbours and we ask you respect the neighbourhood please. The taxi service is good, the wine tours pick up from our apartment and there is an airport shuttle available. We are a 5-10 minute walk down the hill from the shopping area, supermarket and the main town. Coming may take longer as our driveway is steep and would take good medium fitness - living on a hill has many advantages one of which is the gorgeous views.
