In the beautiful village of Nikiti you will find our maisonette, which is ideal for long vacations next to the sea for families, couples or friends. Our 70m2 maisonette has the advantage of being located in the heart of the summer part of the village, only 50m away from the beach. It is situated in a second row of houses just behind the beach road and it belongs to a small block of maisonettes surrounding a grass yard. It is very close to restaurants and cafes but it is not affected by noises. The maisonette is brand new and the decoration is minimal as we believe that a beach house needs only the basics and nothing more. In the first floor one can find the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric devises (refrigerator, oven) and dishes, glasses, pots, kettle, etc, so there is the possibility of cooking. The living room contains, among other furniture, a comfortable couch that opens and can host two people for sleeping. Also, there is internet Wi-Fi connection, a TV, a HiFi set and an air-condition. Finally, there is a small balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning! Walking up the stairs, one finds him/herself in the second floor where the bathroom and two bedrooms are situated. The master bedroom has got a double bed, a closet and a set of mirror with a sidetable. The other bedroom has got two single beds, two sidetables and a closet. Both bedrooms have access to the second floor balcony, while linen, towels, blankets and pillows are provided in abundance. The balconies are equipped with chairs and a table for relaxation, reading or hanging out with friends. Furthermore, there is a set of garden chairs and table in the grass yard for your morning/evening coffee and chatting or for lunch. You can always have hot water as long as you turn on the water-heater. Last but not least, there are also available a parking space for your car, a washing machine, a hair-dryer, an iron, an infant bed and an infant chair for feeding, in case they are needed. It should be noted that very close to our house (2' walk) you will find a bakery and a grocer's shop. Nikiti village is located just in the entry of the peninsula of Sithonia of Chalkidiki. It is one of the major tourist resorts in the area. The main road separates the village in two: the old, traditional village, with stoned houses, traditional restaurants (tavernas) and the church of Saint Nikitas, and the beach part with cafes, restaurants with excellent greek tastes, shops, cinema, places for kids to entertain themselves, big supermarkets, etc. The visitor can choose between an organized beach or a more quiet beach. Very close to Nikiti there are superb gulfs with crystal waters and beach bars, like Kastri, Ai Yiannis, Kalogria, Talgo and more. You can reach them by car or by bus. Also, you can have an one-day excursion and make a tour around the peninsula to discover other amazing beaches or campings, or to enjoy the mountain and its wonderful pine trees.
