Close to Perrot Park-Huge Upper Level of House

This is the upper level of the house located in Trempealeau right off of the Great River State Trail and Perrot State Park. It is 2 miles away from the Mississippi River and the Lock and Dam. Other attractions in Trempealeau include Elmaro Winery, Eckers Apple Orchard, the Wild Life Refuge and the Historic Trempealeau Hotel. This is a family house with 2 parents and 3 kids. The kids are all either in or out of college and don't permanently live at the house, so they are rarely there. However, sometimes all members of the family will be at the house during the stay. Don't worry it is a very large house and even when we are all home there is plenty of space for all of us and you. This space in the house has a bonus room (bedroom 1) that has 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and 4 twins beds. It also has a living room area with a couch, 2 chairs and large TV. It also has a large kitchen table and chairs. It is a VERY large room over the 3 car garage. The bonus room is connected to another room (bedroom 2) that has 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. There is an additional room upstairs (bedroom 3) that has 1 queen bed and a twin bed. The two rooms upstairs are connected by a bathroom that would be yours to use. This bathroom is also for people who stay in the bonus room to stay as well. The Upper Level also has a second bathroom and bedroom attached to our son's room that may be available for very large groups over 9. His room has a king and 2 twin beds. If he is not home and you have a very large group I will open this space to you. We don't post this room on Airbnb because we want a space for our kids to be able to come home to whenever they want. We also have floor and air mattresses that we can use to accommodate larger groups of people. There is also a workout room in the basement of the house for you to use if you would like if a group is not booked in the lower level. In the basement there is room for 10 + people, however that room is seen on another listing, “House in Trempealeau Lower Level.” If you would like to rent out both spaces you can do so. Let us know in your request. In all the house has 21 beds, 5 floor mattresses, and 2 couches and can sleep around 40 people. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. The Upper Level has its own private entrance through the garage. After April 4 we will be fully vaccines and all shared spaces will be open, inside and out. Inside shared spaces available upon request. The family will be in and out of the house. Conversation is encouraged and we are always willing to give advice about the area. We live on a very quiet road with a beautiful view. The Great River Trail is out our front door and you look out at State Park from our front porch. The back yard has a privacy fence. You can access this location by car or bike, as it is literally right off of the bike trail. We also have 2 old bikes in the garage that you are able to use if you would like. You are able to park your car in the driveway or on the grass. La Crosse and Winona are the two major cities that are next to Trempealeau, and bus services from larger cities will drop off there. We have a 3 year old black lab, Lola, who loves all people and dogs. She has been to several obedience classes but is still learning her manners. When we are gone she will be gated in our area of the house, but when we are home she will be in the shared areas inside and out. We love dogs and do allow pets, but a $25 one time pet fee will be added to the stay. You can either pay in cash or through Airbnb, whatever is easier for you. We don't charge a cleaning fee to keep costs down for you so please take all of your garbage with you. We do recycle and can take your recyclables to the recycling center. Just leave those off to the side in the black bins. We understand that sometimes thesis not possible to take the garbage with you. Just know that you will be charged a $25 one time fee.
