Double Bed Small Studio Unit Fully furnished all kitchen amenities. Air Con. Car space available upon request extra fee. Small size balcony w Surfers Paradise Beach View Ideal for one person, couple or 2 friends. Not suitable 4 kids Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise only few steps from the beach in one side and tram on the other. 2 minutes walk to Circle on Cavil n across the road from New Years Fireworks.Lots of restaurants n cafes around. Facilities includes 1 swiming pool and 1 gym. Your host is a mid thirties full time worker female. I work long hours daily. Mostly home at night and 1 wekend day and if its a beautiful day I`ll be out and about. Although I`m very friendly and accomodating this is not a party place and non smoker preferable. I dont mind what you eat or cook but I`m vegetarian so if you are too this is also a meat free home :) Guest will have access to the whole studio unit excluding hosts personal belongings. I`ll be happy to help if needed. I`m normally at work but will do my best to reply enquiries and assist if required :) This Unit is in the heart of Surfers Paradise so you can expect a little of everything. Over-all very safe but on holidays time we recommend tourist to be a little aware of surroundings, but it is also extremely policed all around. Also keep in mind that it can be noisier than residential areas specially at night time when people are out and about. Located on the heart of Surfers Paradise is perfect for guests that are not driving. Plenty public transport at the door step. Also within walking distance from supermarket restaurants and touristic Gold Coast sight-seen and activities. Extremely central plus only a few steps to the beach! - Depends on arrival day and time the collection of the key might be in a different location or I might not be available to let guests in personally. So check in has to be arranged before the arrival day. - This place is NOT kids friendly as it s already specified. Please do not book if you are traveling with children. - Also please note that although I won't be around while I have guests in I do live in this property so it will be some personal items around and half of the wardrobe is set aside for my personal things.There will be couple of kitchen cabinets set aside for my dry groceries and same goes for the fridge.
