The apartment is located in the village of Castagneto Carducci about 200 m above sea level and 7 km from Marina beaches. It has been renovated at the beginning of 2018; it has an area of about 95 m2 and it is on the ground floor of a building consisting of three apartments. It consists of a large living room with a large fireplace, a small studio, two bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda, a small terrace and a laundry room. A parking space is available to guests. The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people in two separate bedrooms. The main room has a double bed and two single beds are in the second bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a gas stove with 4 burners, plenty of counter space, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a mocha, a toaster, a juicer. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and a bathroom sink. Guests have access to the entire apartment. In the center of Castagneto Carducci, within walking distance, there are wine bars, typical restaurants, a medieval castle and a literary park. Going through the shady streets near the woods, after 7 km, you reach the village of Sassetta: a small spa, trekking paths in woods of remarkable naturalistic value and the October festivals dedicated to local gastronomy contribute to the well-being of holidays. The village of Bolgheri, the vineyards and the Viale dei Cipressi are 10 km from Castagneto Carducci. Finally, the Gulf of Baratti with majestic pine forests and Populonia with its archaeological park and Etruscan museum are about 25 km. In front of the apartment there is a bus stop and 5 km from the apartment, in the village of Donoratico there is the train station Castagneto Carducci-Donoratico.
