BEDROOMS: One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a double - with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: Please make use of the fully-equipped kitchen. It includes: Appliance tab - Nespresso - pods not supplied - toaster - fridge/freezer - stove top - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV for your use. LAUNDRY: A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. COMMON AREA: Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival. There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
