An abundance of fruit, salad, herbs & daily eggs, throughout the property. Pick your own seasonal produce. Outdoor dining with your own webber, or our enclosed BBQ area & large lagoon style swimming pool. A fully equipped BBQ /outdoor enclosed entertaining area with hot plate & pots, electric frypan, condiments in fridge, cutlery/crockery & dishwasher makes entertaining a pleasure. This is attached to the black pebbled pool - making it warm & swimmable all year round. There is a huge beach style area within the pool and seating at deep end of the pool which allows you to overlook the 2 acres of manicured gardens and simply relax. Kids love to feed & collect the chicken eggs for breakfast @ “Cluckingham Palace”. Your private Villa is accessible through the games room on the left hand side of the property. Making it easy to come & go as you please. There is also a Queen bedroom available in the games room and laundry facilities. Access to bathroom for this area is located in Villa We give our guests as much privacy as they like, but are always available Although we do love to entertain, as you can tell by looking at our property. Palmwoods township is growing with cafes & restaurants nearby(including the famous Ricks Diner). Only 20 minutes from anywhere, our accommodation boasts the advantage of being almost central to everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer, be it our pristine beaches, cafes and restaurants or a leisurely hinterland drive with outstanding views of our beautiful coast line and waterfalls. So close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle With the Sunshine Coast airport 1/2hr away or public transport with train stations closeby, busses throughout the Coast too. We’re central to so many attractions; Steve Urwins Australia Zoo, Aussie world, Sealife @ Mooloolaba, Any of the pristine beaches the hinterland Wineries Boutique Breweries Botanical gardens etc With ample car parking on our property, even for a caravan, or boat, large families are easy to accommodate, while you explore the coast or hinterland. There is wifi available, but it can be sporadic & limited on our property
