A self contained studio accommodation situated in the grounds of our house, on the edge of the village, down a peaceful lane leading to woodlands and beautiful walks. Just a short stroll away is the delightful village of Nanteuil en Vallée with its historical abbey, restaurants and bar, a must visit. The accommodation comprises a single room with double bed and kitchenette. A separate shower room attached . The accommodation leads onto a south facing terrace with BBQ and views of our garden. Independent stone building. Quiet woodland area and yet only a 5 minute stroll into a picturesque village. In the village there is local shop selling fresh bread, croissants, fruit and vegetables, wine etc. there is also butcher, pizzeria, hairdressers, post office and two excellent restaurants one with a bar [very popular so reservation advisable, telephone numbers available on request].
