Apartment “Apt 9 - FeWo Bolzano" in the Old Town with Mountain View, Wi-Fi & A/C

Pets are not allowed. All guests over 14 years of age must pay a visitor's tax of €0.85 per person per night on site. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Parking is available on reservation. If you book in advance it will cost €15 per day, if you do not reserve in advance it will cost €25 per day. The holiday apartment "Apt 9 - FeWo Bolzano" is located in the old town of the South Tyrolean capital Bolzano (Bozen). The 40m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and a television. Living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. Bedroom has a queen size bed. The highlight of the apartment is its special location: the building is located in the middle of the pedestrian area of the old town of Bolzano (Bozen), not far from Waltherplatz, where the beautiful Christmas market takes place in December, and the cathedral (approx. 200 m). In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants with traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, cafés and many shops. The famous South Tyrolean Museum of Archaeology, where you can learn about the history of the man from the ice "Ötzi", is also just a few minutes walk away. Also the cable car to the Rittner plateau (about 10 minutes walk) and the central station (about 3 minutes walk) are only a stone's throw away. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Guests can use the breakfast service (at an additional charge) at the Regina Hotel, which is about 200 m away and where guests will pick up their keys for check-in. -
