Cottage in stone ("Mas" is the regional name given in France), near Uzes (10km), in a small and traditional village, with a capacity of 10-12 people. It includes 5 bedrooms and a mezzanine. One of the bedrooms is located outside of the principal house, in the poolhouse. This old farmhouse is ideal for families or friends on holidays with its large terrace, private pool (secured for children), and all necessary equipment. On the ground floor, you will find: dining room, kitchen, toilet, laundry and small vaulted living room with a fireplace, all overlooking a large sunny terrace. On the 1st floor, you will find 4 rooms (2 of them have been fully renovated this winter and have private bathrooms). The third bathroom, separate, can be shared by the two other bedrooms overlooking the balcony. On the 2nd floor, there is a mezzanine, which can be used as a dormitory with additional 2 additional beds or a playroom for children. An independent annex completes the property, situated on the pool side, containing an extra bedroom with bathroom. The pool area, is a separate and secured space for children (fence). This space includes a pool house, which was also renovated this winter, including WC, fridge and bench. Sun loungers are available on the lawn, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful summer days with friends or family.
