Indigo Room

In a quiet residential area, a bright (17sqm) private room is available in our single-family house; the room is overlooking a green public park with and a tennis court. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, cups and a kettle with herbal tea and coffee. The bathroom is adjacent to the room and is for the exclusive use of guests. Our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, the room overlooks the greenery of a public park. Guests have access to the large bedroom (about 17 square meters), the adjacent bathroom (with bathtub, for the exclusive use of the room), and to the common areas of our house. We do not provide use of the kitchen. We live in this house and are available to provide advices, help and privacy. We know very well the city of Fano, the city of Urbino, our Metauro valley and the many villages and towns scattered among the hills: we will be happy to advise you on itineraries and on the peculiarities of the north of the Marche region and Romagna region. Our house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by the villages and beauties of the Metauro Valley, only 15km far from the sea of Fano. There are some bars, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy, some grocery stores, etc.. just a few hundred meters far from our house. Next to our house there is a municipal tennis court on cement that can be reserved and used by our guests: ask us for more information if you are a tennis enthusiast! The best way to reach our house is by car: we are 2km far from "Calcinelli" exit of SS73bis highway. We have a reserved car park inside our property and some parking spaces in the quiet street in front of our house.
