Resort style living in an ultra-convenient city fringe locale, placed half way between the Domestic/International airport and the city centre. Basic breakfast supplied. - Separate internal laundry room, air conditioning - outdoor lap pool My quest will have access to all that the apartment has to offer, outside of my bedroom which is my own personal space. I will be present during the stay of any guest, although during the week I tend to get home later after I've attended the gym after work. On weekends, and depending on what time of year it is, I tend to be out. Be that at the beach or with my friends. - Located within the emerging foodie hot spot that is Rosebery/Alexandria. For example: COOH, The Grounds, Da Mario Woodfire Pizza - Short walk to Green Square train station for trains to the CBD and airport, & bus routes to the CBD, Newtown, Coogee Beach, and Bondi Junction. - Two Go Get car pods are located out the front of the building - Please note and respect that this room is for a maximum of two adults only. There are not the facilities to accommodate families, especially those with young children. - As mentioned, the apartment is located half way between the airport and the city centre, therefore aircraft noise can be experienced. - Basic breakfast is included for short stays. For stays longer than seven days a discount is provided and does not include basic breakfast, only tea/coffee is available.
