Free parking and Wifi are available for our guests. 3 cozy houses fully equipped, surrounded by an olive grove, will offer you a comfortable stay and amazing time in nature. The two of them include open space area with a sitting area, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a TV and a private bathroom with shower. The third one includes a spacious living room, a beautiful garden a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single ones and a spacious bright bathroom with a shower. All the areas of the house include an air condition. In our garden you will enjoy moments of relaxation all day long, gazing uopon the blue of the sea and the unique sunsets of the area. Explore the nearby lacy beaches of Kalamaki and Amoudi (1km). In the village of Vassilitsi (2.5km) you will find everything you need to meet your daily needs, min-markets, taverns, cafes. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are available. Guests will have exclusive access to all the areas of the houses. I will be available for my guests whenever needed. The property is in the area of Faneromeni, just 2km from the picturesque village of Vasilitsi and 8km from the town of Koroni. In the village you will find a coffee shop, 2 mini markets for your daily groceries as well as 2 traditional taverns. In koroni you will find a large variety of establishments such as a super market, bakery, bank, pharmacy, health center etc. Also, coffee shops, café-bars, restaurants and traditional taverns, right next to the sea. In the summer time there are multiple cultural events, literature nights, theatrical plays, local cruises, music nights and sport events that keep the interest of the visitor always high at all times. The property resides at a distance of 100 meters from the sea with a lot of nearby beaches for every taste such as Kalamaki(900m), Ammoudi(1km), Memi(6km), Zagka(8km) and Peroulia(14km). The location is an ideal starting point for the exploration of the many sights of the area. We recommend daily excursions to the beautiful village of Foinikounda(12km), Methoni(22km), Pylos(30km) with it’s majestic castle, the wetlands of Gialova with the famous beach of Voidokoilia(50km), the beaches of Agia Triada(10km), Peroulia(14km), Agios Andreas(18km) and Marathi(13km). For those interested in history and Greek culture, we recommend a visit to Pylos museum, the archeological site of ancient Messini(65km) as well as Nestor Palace(52km). You can reach the area by public transportation means that connect Kalamata and the international airport of Kalamata with Petalidi and Vasilitsi; from there you can grab a taxi and get to the house. Transportation is frequent and runs on a daily basis. Amazing staring point to explore the nearby area.
