We are thrilled to have restored the 'Casa del Fattore' in Camugliano.Since years our family shares the passion for the renovation of several of the old houses transforming them into contemporary hospitality places with special attention to preserve the enchanted atmosphere of this historical Estate.Our aim is to let our guests live special emotions savoring the silence of the woods,the scent of the flowers,upon your arrival you will find a special little gift from our organic vegetable garden. The 'Casa del Fattore' is particularly dear to us because it's part of the architectonical complex surrounding the Medicean Villa. Their windows face the vegetable garden, a real hidden treasure. 'Borgo degli Orti' is a small hamlet where four families live contributing to ensure an antique, genuine and vibrant flavor to the place. It will be a pleasure for you to come across them and discover their passions and skills for art and crafts. This house has been lived for centuries by the Farmer, the most important figure of the Estate and leading person of the community of Camugliano. It consists in the main building of 'Borgo degli Orti'. In less than an hour you can reach Florence, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Forte dei Marmi in Versilia and Bolgheri in Maremma to name just few of the most famous locations. Pisa is just 25 km and you can be at the nearest beach in Tirrenia or Marina di Pisa in less than 25 minutes. We are also close to the Teatro del Silenzio, famous for the concert that Andrea Bocelli organizes every year in Lajatico, his home town. The nearest airport is Pisa at 20 minutes drive, Florence airport needs less than an hour driving. The white roads of the Estate are perfect to take a walk or jog. We can also organize you a bike tour in the hills or a guided tour of the Estate. Il percorso va dalla Stazione di Pontedera, centro importante per i principali collegamenti ferroviari e per il Museo Piaggio, e la vostra fermata sarà Camugliano su Via Volterrana (Capannoli). 20 min ci separano dall'aeroporto di Pisa e 45 min da quello di Firenze. Nelle strade bianche della Tenuta potrete fare passeggiate e jogging ed è possibile organizzarvi tour in bici tra le colline o una visita guidata della Tenuta.
