Baudin Beach town is located 10 minutes from the Penneshaw ferry terminal and 30 minutes from Kingscote. To ensure the safety of our guests, staff and the KI community, this is a no vax/ no stay property as of 01/12/21. The property features a unique colour scheme aimed at highlighting Kangaroo Island's greatest attractions. The white and turquoise colour scheme featured in the bedrooms signifies the Island's pristine white beaches and stunning turquoise waters. The living areas feature dark timber furniture with splashes of green signifying the Island's untouched Eucalyptus forests and vast expanses of national parks. The large deck at the rear of the property is perfect for entertaining or sitting back and enjoying the surrounds. Happy to receive texts and calls regarding the property or about Kangaroo Island. Baudin Beach is a quiet seaside community featuring a safe swimming beach, walking trails, local gallery, boat launching facilities and is a short drive from Sunset Winery. Personal or hire car. Phone coverage is limited on Kangaroo Island. Telstra and Optus provide the most comprehensive coverage across the Island. Mobile signal can be accessed at the property (usually only Telstra or Optus). Please note no WiFi is available at the property.
