Sorry cats NOT allowed. Post Office & convenience shop - 10 minutes walk. Tesco - 10 minute drive. Clacton-on-Sea - 15 minute drive. This caravan is inclusive of TV, DVD player, optional use of air conditioning (extra charge of £30 per stay), WiFi. Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite, travel cot and high chair, wardrobes. Bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe. Pull out sofa bed in lounge. Separate bathroom with shower. Kitchen with all crockery, cooking equipment, oven, microwave, cooker hood, kettle, toaster. TOWELS and TEA TOWELS are not included, please bring your own. Toilet paper, hand wash, bin bags and washing up liquid are provided. There has been a lot of recent excessive gas usage, we kindly ask that the boiler is completely turned off when leaving the property (only takes 5 mins to warm up when you’re back) we are monitoring consumption and excessive use will be charged for. Lost key is charged at £50 for replacement of key and security fob which allows access to the Park after hours. Smoking is NOT allowed in the caravan under any circumstances. Charging of ANY electrical vehicle is strictly prohibited. Please chain up the patio furniture, if used, before your departure.
