CareyBay Waterfront Condo on Coeur d'Alene Lake,ID

1200sq' Waterfront unit w/ private entry. My 15% weekly discount requires 8 night stay. I have 5 Beds (2 queen, 2 twins & 1 couch). 1 Full Bath, Full Kitchen, Dining room seats 6, Work Desk, Washer/Dryer. Living Room w/couch TV/DVD/ROKU STREAMING STICK. Swimming area w/ a shoreline access. Recommend bringing water shoes, the water is rocky, not just sand. Host lives upstairs. Host allows for children only ages 4 and up. No children under 4 are permitted as there could be safety concerns. Stairs to lower level patio and private outside entrance. Full kitchen w/ Dishwasher, Range, Microwave, Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer, Toaster, Blender, Single serve coffee pot. (Fully supplied but not stocked w/ food.) Pantry/Storage spaces. Washer/Dryer (behind closet doors). Ironing board, broom/dustpan, mop Full bath with tub/shower & Alkaline shower head. Lots of storage. In addition to 1 queen master bedroom, there is a queen bedroom area spaced off and a twin bed in an open space near the work desk and front entrance door. There's a daybed in the Living Room area with the couch. Living room has TV, DVD Player & ROKU streaming stick. Lower level patio with stairs to beach/shoreline with waterfront access. Guests have access to full lower floor, lower level patio, beach, lake and fire pit when there is no burning ban in force. The laundry Area will be free and shared with Top Condo (Host) after the tenant move-in. 2 closets WILL BE LOCKED to lower-level tenants. (used as storage for Host.) The host is available nearly full-time to renters due to living in an upstairs condo, but not always home 24/7. Can be reached by phone in case of emergency if not on the property. (Except dead zones for phones on the road, but will return any messages promptly.) We are on the Coeur d'Alene Lake Waterfront in Carey Bay (Near the Shadowy St.Joe "River between lakes" entrance), and are part of the lake Community. ---45 MINUTES BY CAR to Coeur d'Alene, ID. ---15 MINUTES BY CAR to Heyburn ST. Park and the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene's Bike Path. that goes through Harrison (where the're are many shops to browse, Eateries & an Ice Cream Parlor, boat rentals, etc) & the Bike Trail then goes all the way to Wallace, ID. ---We're 17 MILES BY CAR from the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort and Golf Course, ---12 MILES BY CAR to Plummer & The Benewah Market (grocery)/Ace Hardware Store, Gateway Cafe Restaurant, Zips Drive Inn, Umpqua Bank, Gas station & more. ---10-15 MINUTE WALK OR 3-5 MINUTE BY CAR to Conkling Park Marina/Steamboat Restaurant/Bar: inside & outside seating, dock rental, dockside Convenience Store/Gas(for boats, etc.), & sometimes live music outside on the weekends w/ dance space. ---Spokane, WA is about a 1-hour drive from my residence + add 20 minutes to get to the Spokane Airport. There's no public transportation to the location. There is a Shuttle Bus from the Coeur d' Alene Casino to Spokane Transit Bus Park & Ride where you can catch a Spokane City bus to the Airport or Train Station. There is one (1) flight of stairs coming down from the parking space on the road. A walkway to the top of a second flight of stairs down to the lower level unit patio for private entrance into the unit. There is also one (1) flight of stairs from the lower-level unit patio to the beachfront. (Three flights in total) Large step up from the patio to your unit entry door.
