Panorama studio with huge terrace
This large artists studio apartment on the terraced hillside has a stunning view over the renovated medieval village of Colletta di Castelbianco. Climbing, walking, cycling, swimming, eating opportunities abound in wild mountains and olive groves. The main apartment is a studio with a queen bed and sofa bed. The studio can be rented with an associated work room that can be used as a work area or a dormitory with 4 more beds (see "Panorama Refugio" listing). A large artists studio overlooking the renovated medieval stone village of Colletta with a huge terrace. Colletta was abandoned in the 1950s and then resurrected in the 1990s. It is surrounded by olive groves and mountains to 1700m, with excellent walking, climbing (Oltre Finale!) and mountain biking. The bright lights of the Italian riviera are only 20 minutes down the valley! A large second room next to the studio is optionally available either as a dormitory for 6 extra people or as a work space for teleworking or the creation and/or display of art or other creative works. Colletta is surrounded by olive groves and mountains with famous climbing walls. You can relax under a tree or by the pool or go mountain biking, climbing, walking trekking. The village is in the heart of the fabulous Oltre Finale climbing area. In winter there are even ski areas only an hours drive away! There is a twice daily bus to the local town and a small grocery shop, bar, pharmacy and restaurants withing walking distance. But if you want to get out and about a car is very useful The paths through the village are rocky and rough and not suitable for those who may fall. There are stairs.
