Entirely renovated with quality materials, it has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 people, and can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers. With a surface area of 84 m², it is ideally located in a quiet area between Place Mellinet and Place Canclaux and enjoys an unobstructed view of Place Catinat. On the second floor with a lift, it is arranged as follows : A large entrance hall opening to the living and dining room. The two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room of the apartment. A bathroom and separate toilet. The separate kitchen is fitted and equipped so that you can concoct delicious meals for yourself. For sunny days, a pretty terrace is available from the living room. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with electric roller shutters. A major advantage : a secure private underground car park. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people with 1 double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. Note that it is possible to combine the 2 single beds to make a double bed. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped so that you only have to put down your suitcases. It has a Nespresso coffee maker, wifi connection, Italian shower, TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located 10 minutes walk from the hyper centre of Nantes and 5 minutes walk from tramway line number 1 and bus lines C1, C3 and 11 ! These will allow you to reach the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the train station in less than 15 minutes. As for the Machines de l'Ile, they are a 15-minute walk away.
