Coastal Cottage is an adorable New England style Cape Cod house with a beachy coastal vibe. Located in Cannonvale and central to everything: beach, shops, park & public transport. Only a short drive or taxi to downtown Airlie, lagoon and marinas. Featuring a brand new kitchen, newly renovated upstairs bathroom & toilet, wifi and fully fenced back yard with a double gate to drive your boat straight in for secure parking. Coastal Cottage, is a comfortable home away from home with everything you need to make sure you have a fabulous Whitsunday holiday. Coastal Cottage is located close to everything! Just down the road from Cannonvale Beach and the Fat Frog Cafe, an easy, flat walk to the Coles shopping Centre, with a choice of take aways, bottle shops, pharmacy, cafe and various other shops. The other way out the driveway is a short walk to the Stewart Drive shops, with a fabulous butcher, great pizza/pasta and gelato takeaway and various other shops. Backing up to the local TAFE, there is plenty of extra parking, space to park your boat and a seperate entrance to the back yard. The off-lead dog park, beach and childrens playgrounds are just a few minutes walk away. Airlie Beach, the Lagoon and marinas are only a short drive, taxi or bus. PETS: We know how important it is to be able to bring your beloved pets with you on holidays and we are pleased to be able to offer a secure, fully fenced pet friendly house. However, we do ask that you are respectful of the furniture and strictly no pets are allowed on the sofas, chairs or beds. Please do not leave your dog inside alone for the day if it is anxious, likely to bark or destroy furniture. The front driveway gate must be closed and secured in order to contain your pet in the yard. PLEASE NOTE: If it is found after your check out that pets have been on beds or the furniture has pet hair or smells of pets you will be charged an additional professional cleaning fee.
