Moana Beach Sunset Holiday Accommodation B

After all the good experience and feedback from our guests, we’ve decided to set up another holiday rental just next door in the centre of Moana. We called it Moana Beach Sunset Holiday Accommodation B. It sleeps up to six guests and is one of the original houses in Moana with big gum trees and sea views. A quirky beachy style holiday home on a typically spacious block in old survey Moana, with some lovely views through to the sea and down the coast to Cape Jervis. The home has a split system in the living area ensuring all-year-round comfort through the nice open kitchen and living area, a real summer holiday by the beach style, boasting a good-sized main bedroom cooled by a ceiling fan, and a smaller second bedroom. Outside, the lovely little shaded pergola entertaining area on the high side of the block is a nice entertaining space with a backyard area, all within walking distance from the beautiful Moana Beach and the surf club and cafes. Shopping, transport and other facilities are all very close and handy. Guests have access to the entire house and large garden, 1 large Queen bed, 1 Double bed and a bunk bed, the bathroom and toilet. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything that you need to prepare a nice meal. The washing machine can be used if needed with no extra charge. You can enjoy a beautiful view while cooking or dining in or outside towards Cape Jervis and Moana. If you like make yourself a nice Pod-coffee and enjoy our homemade treats and organically grown fresh fruit from our garden. There is a flatscreen TV, an indoor fireplace and a BBQ outside. Watch the sunset sitting outside with a glass of wine around one of the barrels. The beach shack is in centre of Moana and just a stone throw to the beautiful Moana Beach. It is only a 10 minute drive to the famous wine region Mc Laren Vale. Moana is a beach side suburb South of Adelaide. Close neighbours are Port Noarlunga, Seaford and Christie’s Beach. It’s only a 40 min. drive to Adelaide by road or rail. Glenelg is only a 30 min. drive, Port Willunga about 15 min. drive.
