Comfy, quiet double room on scenic coastal route

I provide a modern double bedroom to rent in my home in Dalgety Bay located just across the beautiful Forth bridges in the Kingdom of Fife. My place is close to Edinburgh (only 25 minutes away), St Andrews and Fife coastal routes and attractions - offering you an ideal base to explore the historical east coast of Scotland. It is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I’m often out and about so guests are welcome to make themselves at home and use the lounge, kitchen, appliances, WiFi and the TV (Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime) as if it is their own. Check in time is flexible and I am happy to pick guests up from nearby bus or train stations. • Bus – You can get an express X58 Stagecoach Bus to and from the property which will get you between Dalgety Bay and Edinburgh City Centre every half hour. Journey time is roughly 25/30min (approx. £5 return ticket). • Trains – Trains between Dalgety Bay and Edinburgh (Waverley and/or Haymarket) run every half hour, with a more frequent service running to close by Inverkeithing (approx. £5 return ticket). Taxis always available from Inverkeithing. • Airport – Edinburgh International Airport is around a 25 minute car journey away with a 24hr bus service running to nearby Inverkeithing. The airport shuttle bus (JET747) stops at Inverkeithing Park & Ride and Inverkeithing train station from which it is just a short taxi ride to Dalgety Bay (approx. £5). • Car – There is a private driveway you are more than welcome to use if you are bringing a car for your stay.
