Self Contained, private studio apartment near CBD

We have a luxurious house over looking the water and the city skyline. Our house is newly built and has all the high end finishes. The studio has it's own private access so you can come and go as you please. Chiswick is a very safe and tranquil area, with lots of parks and lovely bayside walkways. This lovely studio apartment is located walking distance to public transport including a ferry. We charge a one off $50 cleaning fee. Rate changes to $200 per night between 23rd Dec - 5 Jan. If you decide to stay, you can access a newly built kitchen with the newest appliances. The studio apartment has a TV and DVD player. You are provided with DVDs that you can watch. We provide information on tours and events that you might like to access during your stay. We understand that you have come to relax so our interaction with you is very minimal. We greet you upon your arrival and walk you through the studio apartment. We respect your privacy but are happy to provide you with information when needed. On your departure we like to farewell you. As you have your own entry, we have minimal interaction during your stay. This is because we want you to relax and feel comfortable. Chiswick is a very safe and tranquil area. In our street, the only cars that come up and down our street are the people who live here. We are in walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. There are lovely parks around and scenic bayside walks. We are in walking distance to a bus and ferry service. By taking the ferry or bus, it will take you approximately 30 minutes to get into the CBD. You are in walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. There is also a grocer if you need to buy any supplies.
