Modern & Cozy Home just outside Lion's Head

A cozy, yet modern home just steps from the beautiful Georgian Bay and Bruce Trail. Lion's head is just a two minute drive down the road where all needed amenities can be found. Please note, those photos that I posted of the Georgian Bay were taken by myself with my phone, a quick three minute walk down the road from my cottage. Many of the shorelines are owned privately, so please respect local property boundaries. A perfect and relaxing getaway for your family and friends, lots of local landmarks and activities to keep your children occupied. A nice home on a half acre lot. Has a beautiful fire pit in the backyard, great to enjoy with loved ones at night time under the stars. The backyard backs onto a bush so it gives guests a very private setting to enjoy themselves in. The home has been recently renovated with hardwood and tile laid throughout, kitchen redone, and new bathrooms and furnishings to enjoy. Infrared BBQ is on the deck, as is a picnic table to enjoy in the good weather. We are steps from the Georgian Bay and Bruce Trail, a 2 minute drive into Lion’s Head where you can find great eateries, amenities, and a hardware store. They have a family friendly beach and a Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings. 40 minutes to Tobermory, 25 minutes to Sauble Beach, and 15 minutes to Lake Huron. The town of Lion's Head is strictly enforcing social distancing measures in order to prevent the spread of the virus. Please respect all local laws and regulations and keep up with local updates on the matter, which can be found on the official Bruce County website. This cottage is professionally managed and cleaned by my local property manager, who you will be able to contact 24/7 in case of any concerns or emergencies. She will greet you and your party and assist you with check-in. Please respect locals and the county authorities by keeping peace from 11PM-7AM. Please, no rowdy parties, if that is your intention, I would kindly ask that your book with another host as we have had issues from guests attracting the attention of local authorities. Car is absolutely necessary. Amazingly dark at night as Lion's Head is a dark sky preserve. Backyard surrounded by trees and cedars, giving guests a private atmosphere. Home is recently renovated and clean, so please leave it the same way.
