The Annexe - beautiful holiday apartment

The Annexe is a short walk from local Pubs, Shops, Restaurants and is perfect for walking and cycling the South Downs National Park (less than a mile away). A short drive will take you to Arundel, Worthing, Goodwood and Brighton. This comfortable and spacious self-contained apartment - Lounge with kitchen adjoining, Double Bedroom (with single sofa bed* or cot) and Bathroom. Own front door. Continental breakfast included on first night. *Kindly note sofa bed is within the bedroom. Recently refurbished to meet the needs of guests, the Annexe is private, but we are not far away if you need assistance. You will have complete freedom within The Annexe. Your own front door (key safe) with a secure “area" outside the door and a locked garage which can be used for storage ie bikes. The garden is not huge, but you would be welcome to use it. We live in the adjoining property, but the property "spaces" are completely separate. There are four pubs, an Indian Restaurant, a bistro and garden centre (does breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea) and a recently refurbished Tea Room. All within easy walking access. A community Village shop, post office and family run butchers are all on your doorstep. Very close to Cissbury Ring and the South Downs Way (both within half an hour's walk) makes this an ideal spot for walkers and bikers. Chanctonbury Ring is an hour's walk from the property. The beach is a 20 minute drive and of course Brighton is only 20 miles to the east. The village itself is famous for its racehorses, including former Grand National winner, Aldaniti. There is a bus, to Worthing and Horsham and Findon is an ideal place for bike rides and walks. Mainline railway station is 15 minutes away. (Worthing) All guests when they first arrive are amazed at the space they have at The Annexe. The lounge and kitchen* are combined but offer a relaxing space to our guests. The bedroom, with plenty of storage available, is spacious and has a comfortable double bed with a single sofa bed which can easily be prepared, ready for a third guest (Kindly note this sofa bed is in the main bedroom). A travel cot and highchair can also be made available. *microwave and two ringed induction hob available.
