Carefull: Beautifull South Burgundy will steal your heart! It took ours: food, drinks, walks, scenery, climate, French style: we guess you 'll be convinced after! We put all our love in this cosy, but large house and its garden of approx. 1400 m2 , at a true hot day splash around in 20 m2 pool (mid june- mid september) or get by at the side, kids jump in the trampoline, adults play life large chess, but better : explore the area!! Nice for 9 but also cosy for a 2. A beautiful house, big enough for 9 people but also cozy for 2, with big garden and swimming pool The living room, kitchen, badroom and bedroom(s), depends on the number of people you booked. You have a whole house with in a building with 2 HOUSES. The garden is shared with us when we are in France . We will respect your privacy and therefor be as little as possible outside. Basically we will stay nearby, in the "sous-sol" or Max at 2 hours away. U may call , app or mail us with urgent matters. We will do our best to inform U @ your arrival! If U go out, left, right our down you will find out yourself! But sure: we do have plenty of information in the house about the to do's! Lot's of Nature, walks and small villages Best by your own car(s), (by)cycle. Closest Train station is in Luzy @ 10 min. We have plenty of information in our guest books on walkings and give usable info in private. at arrival. Ask us please ! We will provide bedlinnen because of the irregular bed sizes! Therefore we charge €7,50,- a person for making the beds and washing the bed linnen.
