Near the lake, individuell, central & quiet The apartment is fully equipped and cozy was finished in 2017. The separate entrance is through the garden and there is a big parking area in front of the house. It is centrally located at the peninsula Höri at the western Lake Constance, 2 km to the lake, not far to Singen / Radolfzell / Stein am Rhein; many bicycle lanes. Ideal for adventurers, couples, families and Familien und business travelers. In the spacy living room you can sit at the dining corner or at the TV area with the leather sofa bed, while the children are sitting on the carpet in the play corner. From the kitchen area you have an overview to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, raclette, fondue, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Raclette, Fondue, Nespresso coffee maker,... There are two bedrooms, one more traditionel with a double bed and the music room. WLAN is available, as well as two big tables to work (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). Bathroom and toilet are separated; the bathroom has a bathtub with shower. In the big toilet room is also the washing machine. Additionally there is a storeroom with an ironing board, vacuum cleaner and for the suitcases. The penthouse apartment consists of a spacy room for living, eating and cooking and a bathroom, separate toilet, a bedroom with a working place and another bedroom with music instruments, which are allowed to be used. Anytime you can address questions or requests to my husband or me. This little city district of Singen is cetral; you are very close to the Lake Constance, as well as to Singen, Radolfzell or Swiss. The bus station is directly in front of the house, when you go through the garden to the main road. Children We love children. The apartment has a game area for children and music instruments, which you are allowed to use. Playing or running in the garden is welcome. If you have further wishes (ball, children's bed,...), just ask! Tidying up the game corner and the music instruments is not included in the price :-). Please leave the things as you found it. Thank you! Pets We do love pets and they are welcome - but please note the following: Please consider the next tenant and therefor the pets are not allowed to stay in the bed or on the sofa, chairs and never in the game corner. Damages or dirt, caused by the animal are not covered by the cleaning fee and will be claimed after your stay (as the case may be). the external stairs has grid steps and most pets do not like walking on them - they expect to be carried. Please just write beforehand to us and we would be pleased, if you will tell us how big, hairy and active your pet is.
