There is everything you need for a comfortable stay including a sleeping/lounge pod & outdoor Kitchen/bathroom pod with a large comfortable deck surrounding. The covered outdoor kitchen includes double ring gas cooker, microwave oven, Pizza maker & BBQ, full size fridge, jug, 4 slice toaster, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery - you should find everything you need. The bathroom has been designed with a beautiful private bush view and finished to a high standard. The Studio is located quite separately from our main house with gorgeous garden views of private bush, shrubs, olive trees and our flower cutting gardens. The sleeping pod has a queen size bed plus a window seat, ideal for a child. The high end of the deck has a balustrade around but there is a drop at the lower end, so may not be great for exploring toddlers (see photos). Drive down our driveway and veer left around the turning circle to park in front of the Studio. The main house is approximately 50 m away. We're perfectly located equidistant between Matakana village and Warkworth township. Ascension vineyard and the Warkworth golf course are just a couple of minutes drive. The whole Matakana district is famous for its beaches, vineyards, craft breweries, Saturday market and beauty, just an hour north of downtown Auckland. Transport is essential and this is a perfect base for exploring all the treasures the Matakana region has to offer.
