Welcome to Grandicasa, a newly built 2 bedroom groundfloor apartment in Torre de la Horadada. The apartment is modern and fresh and well equipped with everything you need for a smooth stay. Especially the large and sunny south and west facing terrace with enough room for sunbeds, outdoor kitchen and dining areas is fantastic. Only 500 meters to Costa Blanca's stunning beaches, and cozy restaurants. Within a few kilometers there are also several well-kept golf courses. Two bikes are included. The apartment has two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a double bed with smart storage solution under the bed (for example, suitcases). From the bedroom you have direct access to one of the bathrooms. The smaller bedroom has two single beds that can easily be moved into a double bed. In both bedrooms there are spacious wardrobes and AC. The kitchen is modern and fresh. Around the dining table there is room for up to 6 people. All equipments such as fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooker and dishwasher are new. Other equipments are a Moccamaster coffee maker and a toaster. Plates and other kitchenware are available for up to 10 people. The kitchen also includes cleaning and laundry equipment. There is a washing machine, drying rack and cleaning equipment. In the living-room area of the open-plan apartment there is a sofa where it is also possible for one person to sleep. There is a 50" 4k HD TV with local spannish channels and international channels. IPTV with Scandinavian channels and hundreds of films on demand are included in the offer. The apartment is equipped with fiber cable that provides 100 Mbit wireless internet. The apartment has AC with 3 units. 1 in the living room and 1 per bedroom. All with separate control unit. The AC also works as a heat source during the cooler season. There are two spacious pools and a jacuzzi. There is also a play area for children. Large areas for sun and bath. Within walking distance are 3 fine sandy beaches and several restaurants. The apartment is located between Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada. Mil Palmeras has a nice beach and a cozy restaurant street. In Torre de la Horadada there is a small square with several restaurants and a nice marina as well as a long sandy beach. Between these places you can walk along the beautiful seafront. A supermarket is located 600 meters from the apartment. The town of Pilar de la Horadad is 5 kilometers from the apartment. Not far from the apartment are many fine golf courses. Here you can stay long, and play golf on different courses every day. Some examples are Campoamor, Lo Romero and Villamartin. About 10 minutes by car you reach one of Spain's largest shopping center Zenia Boulevard with more than 150 shops and many restaurants. Here is something for everyone. The area is very good for cycling. You can easily reach various activities such as shops and restaurants, but also a nice and well equipped gym. It is easy and nice to walk in the area or explore the area by bike. The main streets are spacious and it is very little traffic. The older part of Pueblo Latino contains tiny and cosy streets an buildings but still with very little and slow traffic. If you arrive by car, the parking is easy to get and is very close to the apartment. From the car there is only a few steps to the apartment which is good especially when carrying travelbags and shoppingbags. The airport of Alicante is about 50 minutes by car along the AP-7 motorway or the N-332 road depending on the traffic. Torrevieja is 20 minutes away by car. Local bus service is also available. Golf and shopping are also nearby. On the south and west facing terrace the sun is shining from 11 am to sunset. There is enough room for several sunbeds as well as dining area. There is an outdoor kithchen with a grill that can be used by the guests. During warm and sunny summerdays it is possible to eat under the large pergola. Two bikes are included in the rent. When you go to the beach you can bring four beach chairs, a parasol and a cooling box with you. If you want to walk to the closest supermarket (600m) you can easilly bring the food back with the shopping cart.
