Cosy room in a modern house, near town centre

Cosy, quiet private room in the nice city of Schwabach. 4 min walking distance to city centre. 6 min by bicycle to the railway station, or by bus. 4 trains each hours to Nuremberg, travel time 11 or 20 min, depending on train. 20 to 25 min by car to Messe Nuremberg. The room is located in a modern terraced house, is newly renovated, quiet and cozy. If desired, you can use your own entrance. You'll sleep on a pull-out sofa (up to 1.60 m), which is really very comfortable. We'll share the kitchen and the dining table as well as the sunny terrace and the garden. You are welcome to borrow our bike for free. According to the guest's request. We like to communicate with our guests, provide information and tips for excursions or else.
