Family Stay with Idyllic Sun-drenched Courtyard

Enjoy some downtime on the coast at idyllic Sans Souci. Just 20 minutes by foot or 4 minutes by car, soak up the sun at Dolls Point Beach or enjoy a picnic at Depena Reserve. This house has everything you need to escape the hustle and bustle and embrace island time, featuring two queen beds, a large living space with excellent entertainment options including Foxtel and Netflix, a beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom, and a sunny courtyard with a BBQ perfect for alfresco dining. Whether you're travelling by yourself, with a couple of bringing the family, this lovely cottage caters to your every need. A newly renovated kitchen makes cooking a breeze with a large dining table for shared meals at home. A leafy courtyard makes the most of Sydney's sunny weather and lends itself to breakfast or dinners outdoors. A BBQ makes it easy to cook up a storm. Inside, the comfortable living area features ample seating and entertainment by way of cable TV (Foxtel) and Netflix, perfect for nights in. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed with an electric blanket, plenty of wardrobe space and a free-to-air TV. The second bedroom is kitted with a queen sized bed, clothes rack and mirrored dressing table. The sleek white kitchen includes the latest appliances with a microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and fridge. There are cooking staples and basic pantry condiments for use during your stay. An oversized, stylishly renovated bathroom includes a bathtub and separate shower, while there is also a separate guest toilet. The house has an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes hanger outside. There is also plenty of unlimited on street parking. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please note, there is a car stored in the garage which cannot be accessed. Please make yourself at home! I'm always available if guests need it. I'm just a quick phone call or message away. I do my best to greet each guests but if I can't there is a self check in option. Translating to "no worries" in French, Sans Souci offers an idyllic getaway in South Sydney. There's plenty going on here, from trendy cafes and eateries to beautiful beaches and walking trails. The suburb is surrounded by water giving it the feeling of island life. Enjoy a dip at Dolls Point Beach, dine at excellent restaurants in Brighton Le Sands or ride along the bike path at Botany Bay. Enjoy coffee at Dough and Bean before a walk along Captain Cook Bridge. Public transport is limited in the area. Best for you to have a vehicle as there is plenty of unrestricted on street parking in the area. You will need to use a combination of buses and trains to head to the city / airport otherwise.
