Pool area has separate bathroom/shower. 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, large kitchen and dining area, great room with pool table, big screen TV with surround sound. Thirty minutes to downtown Portland, thirty minutes to Yamhill wine country, forty minutes to Multnomah Falls/Columbia Gorge, ninety minutes to Oregon Coast. Maximum three cars No drop-in /day guests Very quiet and tranquil landscaped country setting. Property backs up to the Pudding River providing even more privacy. I have lived here for 29 years and can advise on what to do and where to go regarding wineries, restaurants locally and in the Portland area. Guests have access to entire house, pool area and acreage. Maximum of three vehicles only - no exceptions. No drop-in day guests allowed. Owner is available if needed during your stay for advice, information, any assistance with the pool and spa operations, and any other issues to make your vacation more enjoyable and memorable. Owner stays on the property in the guest house. Located within five minutes from the historic town of Aurora and antique shops and wine tasting. Located within 10 minutes of three wedding venues and wineries: Postlewaites Country Weddings, St Josef's Winery, and Aurora Colony Vineyards. Wilsonville is about 10 minutes away; Canby is about 5-10 away and Woodburn outlet mall about 15 minutes away. Maximum of three cars; no street parking. *Even though the house sits on about seven acres, this is not a "party" house and guests need to be respectful of neighbors regarding noise, etc. Excessive noise is subject to immediate eviction.
