Bibi's Retreat- Grand 7 Bedroom Private Escape

Bibi's Retreat-Nestled among over 6,000 trees along 15 acres of secluded property. This is the ultimate private getaway. Located in Niles, MI, the home offers 7 bedrooms with plenty of space for multi-family living. We are within 30 min of 15 wineries and breweries. We are within 20 min of 10+ golf courses and 18 min to Notre Dame. Ladies Retreat, Golf Getaway or Winery Tours, this home is perfect for large gatherings. Apple orchards await and the pool cabana is ready for you! We are booked for summer 2022 (no availability 6/2/22-8/31/22). Please inquire about summer 2023 however we only book week-long stays for June thru August. We do not host large events or weddings. Pool opens MAY 27th and closes SEP 30th. We are an hour and 30 min from downtown Chicago. We have everything you need for your stay. We have a fully stocked chef's kitchen to fire up your favorite meals. It will be a pleasure to serve your friends and family on our ten-foot farm table. You won't want the night to end. Late nights by the fire pit or hanging in the cantina is perfect for your group to gather. It is equipped with a new gas grill w/smoker box and also a charcoal grill if you prefer "low and slow." Because it is completely secluded, you feel like you are in your own private oasis. Walking paths are all within the property with a long paved road for early morning runs. Home is equipped with a 60" glass backboard basketball hoop, HEATED pool open May 27th-Sep 30th, separate volleyball court. Play a game of touch football in the wide-open meadow. If you are training for Steelhead or doing the Apple Cider Century, this is the perfect spot for your group to prepare. Get your warm-up done on the long private road (B.H. is less than 30 min away). Try out the new 30+ mile bike path from Niles to Mishawaka. We have a playpen for the little ones. We are stocked with board games. We have a foosball table and custom shuffleboard table. We have a big screen with directtv to watch the big game. The home is equipped with a wi-fi HOT-SPOT (limited high speed access and Verizon is best in this area). We have things set up to feel like you're at home. You won't want to leave and we make it so you don't have to. Entire property Communication will be through text or AirBnB messaging. Owner and/or property manager will be available around the clock. We are in the immediate vicinity to assist with any issues. There are periodic checks at the home to maintain the exterior of the property. If it appears that guests are over the anticipated amount, it will be a breach of contract and subject to loss of deposit. There are a number of restaurants in case you want to eat out. Car is best but we are one min from route 12, two min from route 31. There are no sidewalks. Pool is open May 27th-September 30th. We will not be able to open the pool early as it is strategic planning based on the process for our saltwater pool. NO PARTIES- We use a camera system on the driveway for home security. Any/all visitors are within view in the driveway area. Only persons listed on the contract are allowed to stay at the property. Any special requests for added guests must be cleared by homeowner but not all requests are granted. -if additional unknown guests occupy the home, your deposit is subject to forfeit.
