The Garden Cottage is a cozy guest cottage with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath downstairs and 1 small half bath upstairs, central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, enclosed porch/sun room and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms each have 2 double beds and 2 twin beds. The cottage has river views from the property and a sandy beach at the end of the block. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 comfortably. A short walk to churches, restaurants, brewery, winery, museum, spa, art gallery, and antique stores. Rent a golf cart to explore our historic area from the beaches on the Potomac to the wildlife on Monroe bay.
