New construction in 2018.The house is 3100 ft.² with a 1200 ft.² detached garage.We are centrally located about 70 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and two hours from the ocean. We are about 3 miles off I 80 so we have easy access. Our elevation here is 2380 so we are below the snow line. All the lots in this subdivision are around 5 acres and we are at the end of the road so we have great privacy and a spectacular view from about anywhere in the house and the pool. There is 2000 ft.² upstairs and 1000 ft.² downstairs approximately with the master bedroom upstairs with and private bath.,Kitchen living room pantry laundry room an extra (Website hidden by Airbnb) downstairs has the other two bedrooms with the living room in the middle one bedroom has a private bath and another bathroom to be shared with the common space and other bedroom. Access to the pool and spa is through the lower level.We have a solar heated pool with a solar cover. Pool season is typically April 1 to December 1 although we do keep the pool open all year long if you want to do some polar bearing. you have access to the whole house except the two walk in closets and will share the garage since this is our vacation home. I will be available by phone ,text or email. Sacramento airport is about a 50 minute drive. Rental cars are easily available or Lyft will take you to our house. I know a local driver who is available most of the time. The cost is $60. The Amtrak train also runs through Colfax which is about 7 miles from the house. The train ride from Colfax to Reno is very popular.Sugar bowl is a 45 min drive.This is where we have our season passes. We have found it to be less crowded, better prices and with easy access.
