Hour and 15 min from Bryce Canyon and Zion Ntl parks. 10-15 min from Indian petroglyphs and dinosaur tracks. 15 minutes from Cedar City (Shakespearean festival, Utah Summer Games). Large yard. Exterior updates coming soon. Open floor plan on main level with lots of room to gather. Recently added deck so you can enjoy your evenings eating and visiting outside during the warmer months. I don't live close enough to be available but my parents who are the caretakers are generally available.
