Two storey flat in Knutsford Town Centre. The flat is situated above a row of shops and reached by a staircase. On the first floor guests have access to the kitchen/dining area and the WC, and on the second floor guests have access to their double bedroom and separate bathroom. There are 3 double bedrooms on the second floor, of which two are available on AirBnB. The host and her husband live on site and offer a very warm welcome. Two double bedrooms are available for rent separately. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and all cooking utensils. Very clean and cosy bedrooms. (The host runs her own cleaning business). Free Wi-Fi is available but there is no TV. Knutsford is a quaint market town with a wide choice of bars, restaurants and takeaways all within a 5 minute walk. There are monthly Farmers markets held in the town and the entrance to Tatton Park is a few minutes walk from the property. Tatton Park is a 1000 acre National Trust space, great for walks and hosts regular entertainment events such as the RHS Flower Show. Knutsford train station is a 5 minute walk and is on the Manchester to Chester line. Manchester is about 50 minutes on the train, Chester 45 minutes. Knutsford is within a few miles of both the M6 and M56 motorways and 20 minutes from Manchester Airport by car/taxi. There is a pay and display car park adjacent to the property.
