The finer aesthetics are a work in progress but it is fully functional and private. Studio also has a full-sized kitchen, well equipped with microwave, oven & hotplates, fridge; rice cooker, sandwich press; etc. Plus basic pantry items ie tea/coffee & condiments. Good sized bathroom. Spacious area with a private feel - quiet and completely separate to the main house. New queen bed & mattress - very comfortable. Can provide extra single floor mattress if required. Completely self contained space is all yours - no shared facilities. I live in the main house so mostly available if you need anything. Happy to interact if you wish, but otherwise I assume guests generally prefer to be left to themselves. Suburban neighbourhood; Houses either side but none behind where the studio is located. Once inside the studio it is very quiet and peaceful. There is a bus stop at the end of the street; however public transport is not very regular here - you are best to have a car to get around. Off street parking provided. You will park in the main driveway and walk to the back garden where the studio is situated.
