As well as a second living room, dining and sitting area. Additionally there is a bedroom room with a king bed, and access directly to the outside. A bathroom is next to the bedroom. We would certainly be willing to help guest find there way through the Umbrian country side, public transportation and anything that may be helpful. Villastrada is a small Umbrian village that embraces it's culture and people. Oliveto is 6 km from Chiusi, a major stop on the Italian train line. It also has rental car services. The A1--major north south highway is 8 km away. If you are interested in partaking in the olive harvest, the end of October and beginning of November are the perfect time to visit.
