Trace lives in Freshwater and is available to help if there are problems with the house whilst you are staying. The house is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, perched on the cliff above Freshwater Bay with unhindered views out to sea and of Tennyson Down across the bay. It's a perfect spot for exploring the coastal paths which pass by the bottom of the garden or if you're a keen cyclist it's a great base for setting off on the coastal roads. The bay is a great swimming spot with other water sports available such as kayaking, paddle boarding and coasteering. Compton Beach which is a great surf spot or perfect for kids wanting to boogie board and play in the waves is a 5 minute drive. The house is opposite a golf course with stunning views of the sea and there's another 10-hole course just a 10 minute drive. You are walking distance from a couple of good cafes and there's a lovely pub serving lunch and dinner a 20 minute walk away. It is easiest to get around with a car unless you are on a cycling trip. If you are a keen walker you can manage without a car and can easily get a taxi from the ferry in Yarmouth.
