This is a very comfortable, bright and fresh home away from home that is part of a 130 year old Victorian residence. There are numerous Parks, Cafes, Jazz bars, Restaurants, Pubs, Bars and a Tennis Club within a short walking distance. The city is 6 km away and Buzzing Newtown and Erskenville are about 2 km away. Public transport is abundant and regular. The apartment has a private entrance and garden that is for your exclusive use ( or that of your children or fury friend). on street car parking is plentiful and directly outside your accommodation. There is a fenced modern child's play ground 160m away and a separate fenced off leash and very popular dog park 170m away. I love my beautiful home city and would be more than happy to help travellers find their way around. Having lived my life in inner Sydney and on Sydney harbour I know the places to recommend for that off the tourist track experience. The apartment is in a very quiet street amongst well maintained period homes. Surrey Street is blessed with a safe location, friendly neighbours and a great inner Sydney location. Transport; -A bus service to Newtown and the City 200m -5 bus services to the city and Bondi 600m -The main inner city train line to the City/Circular Quay and Blue mountains 900m (the city is 15 min by train). Available on request is a portable cot, bedding, high chair and also an office chair and printer. I grew up in a home that was always open to others and enjoy hosting guests.
