Welcome to our studio located in the heart of La Baule, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the tourist office. This apartment, close to shops and restaurants, is very bright thanks to its large bay window. Renovated by architects, this studio has an elegant and neat decoration as well as a very functional layout allowing the accommodation to accommodate 2 real beds including a double bed and a single bed in height. The wood, omnipresent in this apartment and on the balcony, also gives a very warm and cosy aspect. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator, is the ideal base for a stay of discovery of the salt marshes region. In the large living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen area, TV, coffee table and 2 beds for the sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and dishes: refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave and finally a dining area with the dining table. In terms of sleeping arrangements, this accommodation has 2 beds : a double bed 160 x 140 and a single bed in height. A storage area is also present. Our bathroom is composed of a large shower, a basin with 2 drawers of arrangement. This space also accommodates the WC. For your parking you can do it from a parking lot located on the side of the building, where a place is dedicated to you. Arrivals are from 16:00 and departures before 11:00. Arrival and departure times are subject to availability. Please note that once the departure time is set, it cannot be changed. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a member of the Guest ADOM team, who will ensure that your stay runs smoothly and will give you the keys to your accommodation. For your comfort, a cleaning fee is set up. These include the installation of clean sheets and towels for each guest of hotel quality, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrush, cotton swab), as well as the cleaning* of the accommodation at your departure. *COVID-19: In order to guarantee your safety and fight against the spread of the virus, we have adopted a strict sanitary charter concerning the cleaning and disinfection procedures of our accommodations and this in accordance with the recommendations made by the health authorities.
