Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, the Souliė du Tarn is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise! Villa Théo is a stone house that has retained its character and charm of yesteryear. Renovated with natural materials such as lime, wood and stone, its character gives it a cocooning and relaxing atmosphere in front of the Tarn! Its construction, right on the rock, will allow you to have access to the ground floor to a small corridor, a bathroom, separate toilets and a bedroom with a French window that opens onto your private garden and the forest of the domain! In the bathroom, you will have a corner bath, a small storage unit and stone shelves on the rock. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. The bedroom has two 90cm metal beds and storage shelves. Access to the first floor is via a beautiful solid oak staircase! Upstairs, you will have a kitchenette equipped with a gas cooker, a small fridge and a solid oak cupboard/worktop. The basic products will be offered to you! The dining area will be in front of the small jotul cooker...! The reading lounge area, also equipped with television and internet, will allow you to relax and unwind... For the early risers, you will have the possibility to watch the sunrise if the weather conditions are good... In a chalet atmosphere, the mezzanine area will be equipped with a 160 by 200 bed, numerous wooden shelves and a reading area... For the greatest attention to the head! In front of the villa, the Tarn river will hold out its arms to you, on the hottest days Mr. Tilleul will be there to refresh you at nap or barbecue time! Here, nature is everywhere, in the morning you will hear the peaks, at night the owls and you can even see spiders! ... Mind on rainy days, it is strongly recommended to take boots because the ground has not yet been tarred!
