Peaceful & Homely Ground Floor Suite w/ A/C + WiFi

This is a self-contained ground-floor suite and does not share any internal common areas with us. We live on the first floor. A great space with air conditioning in a safe, quiet and convenient South-side location. Very easy access to the highway (N & S) and under 10-mins drive to Logan Hospital; 20-mins to the PA, Mater and Greenslopes hospitals. Lots of free parking and only minutes away from public transport and restaurants. This is a fabulous space for a couple or two singles. Tastefully appointed and recently renovated this self-contained ground-floor guest suite has its own entrance, no stairs, and offers spacious large bedrooms; both with luxurious queen size beds, big windows, overhead fans, robes, chest of drawers, writing desk and chair. Bedroom 1 has aircon, a sliding door giving access to an outside patio where there is a table and chairs. There’s also a private bathroom with shower, toilet and large vanity that’s stocked with good quality locally sourced environmentally friendly toiletries. The small dining area is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. You can prepare snacks and microwaveable meals if you decide not to use one of the nearby restaurants/cafes. We’ve provided quality crockery & cutlery for you to use and some basic breakfast items to get you started. Everything is sparkling clean and very comfortable. Other inclusions: • TV and WiFi (unlimited) included. • Each bedroom has a laptop friendly workspace with a comfy chair. • All linen is provided, clean sheets, pillows, blankets and covers with fresh quality towels. • If there’s anything else you need just let us know. Ideally situated between Brisbane and the Gold Coast we are within range of all South-East Queensland’s major areas. We offer: • A 2-3-min walk to restaurants and coffee shops • Great access to the M1 north and south only a few minutes away. • Bus stops are a 2-3-mins walk with regular services north & south • Brisbane airport is 32km and the Gold Coast airport is 80km • Uber Eats deliver from a great variety of local restaurants. • Access to lots of books & board games if you need them. Plenty of free street parking is available in the wide, quiet suburban street. Access is provided via a keypad code, so no key is required. You’ll get our mobile numbers and if we’re not at home we’re usually quite close if you have any problems. Please note that only registered guests are welcome with the current restrictions that are in place. A launderette is a couple of minutes away We accept bookings for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child, 12 or under. Please send through a request and we reserve the right to cancel any booking which exceeds these limits without prior approval. The suite can accommodate a baby/toddler, with a cot available on request. We’d appreciate it though if you could let us know if you need this prior to arrival. No additional cooking appliances may be used in the suite without our OK.
